Ingredients

Boneless chicken thighsAbout 300~400g
Grated ginger1 Tbsp
Grated Garlic2 Tsp (2 cloves)
Potato starch3 Tbsp
<Seasonings><Quantity>
Soy sauce1 Tbsp
Salt1/4 tsp
Black pepper1/4 tsp
Sesame oil (as you like)1 Tbsp
OilEnough to cover the chicken

How to cook?

1: First Cut into  bite-sized pieces of chicken.

2: In a bowl, Soking with chicken, Soy sauce, Salt, Black pepper,Grated ginger,Grated Garlic,Sesame oil.

3:Marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature,If soaking for more than 30 minutes, place in refrigerator.

----- After 30 minutes -----

4:Prepare of  separate bowl, mix the potato starch with marinated chicken.

5:Heat oil in a deep pot.
 to a temperature of around  170-180°C (340-360°F).  

6:Once there is a slight color around it, take it out.

7:Allow the chicken to rest for 3 minutes while warming to the oil at 190°C -200°C (360°-380°F). 

8:Remove when the area becomes brown and fragrant and drains off the oil.
