How to cook?

1: Cut onion into wedges (thickness as you like)

2:Prepare dashi soup stock. At this time, Ichiban dashi (bonito and kombu/kelp dashi) is recommended.
*You can use dashi powder or dried dashi powder you have.
However, if it contains salt to your dashi, please adjust the amount of miso

3:Put dashi soup stock and onions in a pot and cook over medium heat until onions are soft.

4:Turn off the heat and add miso

5:Add wakame seaweed and preheat to warm.
