I used Soy milk!

And it is closely related to Japanese foodstuffs!

Why Soy milk is closely related to Japanese foodstuffs?

Soy milk is made by soaking soybeans in water, mashing, boiling and straining them.

Tofu is made by adding bittern to the soymilk.

Tofu is made by adding bittern to the soy milk and squeezing out the residual. Tofu is used in dishes such as "U no Hana” “Okara". It is healthy because a lot of dietary fiber.

In Japan, tofu is a familiar ingredient in miso soup.

So, soy milk is closely related to the Japanese because it is the raw material for making tofu!
