How to cook Carrot kinpira ?

What is kinpira?

Kinpira is one of the traditional Japanese dish. 
It is a popular style is side dish for us!

Usually type using stir-fried root vegetables.
 The Most common style using burdock root (gobo) and carrots. 

The flavor is soy sauce based and sugar is used, making it sweet and spicy and appetizing.

It can be eaten cold, so it is suitable for preservation.

If you put it in a lunch box or store it in a clean container, it can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.

Once you make it, you can enjoy it for several days!

Ingredients

White sesameas you like

Soy source10g
Cooking Sake

How to cook?

1: Peel the skin of the carrot 

2: Cut into 1 to 2 cm thick thin strips 

3: Spread the sesame oil in a frypan 

4: Turn on the medium heat, After that star-fry the carrot

5: Add all seasonings except soy sauce.

6: Saute until the water is gone.

7: Reduce heat to low and add soy sauce.

8: Stir-fry until all the water is absorbed.

9: Turn off the heat, Sprinkle the white sesame.

10: When cooled, the taste is more pronounced.
