What is Two color rice bowl?

I’m introducing “ Two color rice bowl (2色丼)”!

In Japan, Usually called “Soboro don” it.

Soboro don is one of the most popular Japanese home dishes. 

A collaboration of stir-fried minced meat with a soy sauce-based sauce, slightly sweet eggs tossed!

It tastes great even when cold, so it's a staple for bento lunches (lunch box) as well.

Ingredients

minced Pork or minced chicken300g
Egg3
Grated Ginger15g
Cooked riceas you like
<Seasonings><Quantity>
Sugar (meat part)10g
Sugar (Egg part)5g
Salt1g
Soy sauce30g
Oil15g
Mirin(as you like)30g
Cooking sake (as you like)30g

How to cook?

1: Turn on medium heat a frying pan with oil, add minced chicken and fry.

2:Add Sugar,Soy sauce,Grated Ginger,Mirin,Cooking sake.

3:Reduce to a simmer until all liquid is absorbed.

4:Mix eggs, salt, and sugar in a bowl.

5:Prepare to small pot or pan,Turn on medium to low heat.

6: Add eggs liquid in a frying pan.

7:Reduce heat to low, stirring to form small grains.

8:Put stir- fry minced meat and egg on top of rice.
