Soy sauce? Vinegar? Not add sauce?

My recommend sauce is vinegar with black pepper. 
Also If you like a hot taste I recommend chili oil.

My gyoza taste has a rich flavor.
Because Vinegar is good match.

・Vinegar （I use rice vinegar but Vinegar with soft acidity is acceptable）
Rice vinegar is a vinegar that can be slightly sweet.
If you want sweetness, It is better just a pinch of sugar.
