Simple but colorful salad
Why not give your usual salad a Japanese twist? This salad used white miso base sauce. But It also include mayonnaise and mustard. So you can use it in your everyday salads, as the Japanese taste can only be felt a little. I enjoyed this dish with a glass of white wine!
