What is Oyakodon?
Do you know “Oyako don ”? This dish is one of the famous Japanese dishes. There using Egg and chicken. Because, This dish name is “Oyako” “Oyako” means….parent and child😱 It is seriously… But It is good taste. My Oyako don using Dashi! Because It is become good flavor and rich taste! Incidentally, this time it is topped with mitsuba (mitsuba leaves is one of the Japanese flavor leaves). Mitsuba is really good aroma. I love it! If you top it with mayonnaise... we call it a relative bowl. Oyakodon dish name is a little cruel.
My favorite instant dashi powder
My dashi soup is use Katsuobushi (bonito flake) and Kombu (Dry kelp), soft water. But you can take a easyer dashi powder. One of the my favorit dashi powder (instant dashi powder) is ”茅乃舎(kayanoya)”
