How eat Char siu chicken?

How to cook?
First, measure and prepare the quantity of ingredients
Put sugar, salt, sake, and up to in a pan and stir once. Next, add vinegar, soy sauce, and broth, in that order.
*Add garlic or ginger for a spicy kick.
Stir again when all seasonings are incorporated.
*At this point, taste and add soy sauce if you want saltiness, or sugar if you want sweetness.
Turn on the medium heat, boil the seasoning liquid you have made.
Until when come up to small bubbles rise from it.
Meanwhile, cut the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
Bird skin can be removed.(as you like)
Add the chicken to the boiling cooking liquid and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, then turn off the heat and cover.
Let stand for about 30 minutes.
When come up brown color around surface, remove and cut. (Soaking time is up to you. The longer the time, the more the flavor will soak in. However, it will also be more salty.)
