I’m introducing “ Japanese-style Butter-roasted corn (とうもろこしのバター醤油焼き)”! In Japan, corn is one of the summer vegetables. It is sweet and juicy. Summer festivals are held in many parts of Japan. Fireworks, Bon dances...and food stalls! One of the staple menus at yatai stalls is Japanese-style Butter-roasted corn !

How to cook?
