What is Japanese-style Butter corn?

I’m introducing “ Japanese-style Butter-roasted corn (とうもろこしのバター醤油焼き)”!

In Japan, corn is one of the summer vegetables.

It is sweet and juicy.

Summer festivals are held in many parts of Japan.
Fireworks, Bon dances...and food stalls!

One of the staple menus at yatai stalls is

Japanese-style Butter-roasted corn !

Ingredients 

【Cooking Level】 ★☆☆☆☆About 2 servings
<Ingredient<Quantity>
Corn1
<Seasonings><Quantity>
Soy source15g
Butter
*If using unsalted butter add 1g of salt
10g

How to cook?

1: Remove the skin from a corn

2:Rinse slightly with water and cover plastics rap microwave at 600w for about 4 minutes.
*If you don't use a microwave, place 100 g water and corn in a frying pan, cover and steam.

3:Cut corn into bite-size pieces.
*A whole corn is used at Japanese summer festivals without cutting.

4:Put butter in frying pan. Turn on medium to low heat.

5:When butter is melted, add corn.

6:When corn absorbs butter, add soy sauce.

7:Stir fry until juices run clear.
