How to make a grown Japan rice?

Do you know how to cook rice using an earthenware pot?

In Japan It is sell rice cooker as convenience tool.
But I using earthenware pot when I make a cook rice.

Because Can you looks delicious right?

How to make it?

 【Ingredient】 about 2 persons

・Japan grown rice : 300g

・Soft Water or kelp dashi water :340~360ml (as you like)

【Remarks】

・Please using soft water when you cooked rice.

・Using kelp broth made by soaking kelp in water overnight will make it more aromatic. 
If desired, add a tablespoon of Japanese sake along with the kombu dashi.

・When you put a pan on the heat, don’t get the lid off until it’s done.  (waiting about 10~20 minutes)

・You can adjust soft water or kelp dashi water and find the favorite texture.

・You can keep in the freezer. If there is any left, wrap them in plastic wrap or into the plastic container.
If you want to eat them, use a microwave.
