Good evening! 

I'm introducing “Udon noodle” !

Do you like Japanese noodle dishes?

I’m love it!

Japanese noodle dishes have many kind.
For example, Ramen, Soba, Yakisoba etc.

Of all of them, udon is one of my favorites!

There are several udon restaurants in Japan.
For example Hanamaru Udon (はなまるうどん) Marugame seimen (丸亀製麺 まるかめ せいめん)

Udon noodles are made from strong flour.
Actually, you can easily make them at home!

Ingredients...

Strong Flour
Water
Salt

It's very simple.


Do you know “Mentsuyu”?

my udon soup is homemade!
In Japan, it is called "mentsuyu".

"Men" means noodles ,”Tsuyu” means soup in Japanese.

You can enjoy good smells of Kelp and bonito flakes Dashi !

Toppings are half-boiled egg and Kashiwa Tempura.

Kashiwa Tempura is chicken tempura marinated in a special sauce.
Mine tastes gingery and appetizing!
