my udon soup is homemade! In Japan, it is called "mentsuyu". "Men" means noodles ,”Tsuyu” means soup in Japanese. You can enjoy good smells of Kelp and bonito flakes Dashi ! Toppings are half-boiled egg and Kashiwa Tempura. Kashiwa Tempura is chicken tempura marinated in a special sauce. Mine tastes gingery and appetizing! Let’s try to make Udon noodle in your home!
