This character name is "Coji Coji".

COJI-COJI is a Japanese manga by Momoko Sakura.

It is based on the Japanese national anime "Chibi Maruko-chan.

There is no fighting or romance in Coji Coji work.
However, it is an animation that teaches us what we must cherish.
