What is Japanese style pickled?
Have you ever hear to "Tsukemono" ? Pickled called "Tsukemono" in Japan. There have a many kinds of Japanese style pickles as traditional Japanese dishes. Japanese pickles are pickled vegetables in salt, vinegar, miso, soy sauce etc. "Tsukemono (Japanese style pickled)" is not sour better than Sauerkraut etc other pickled. Because Japanese pickles have a less acidic flavor that goes great with cooked rice! "Tsukemono" started to make Japanese pickles as preserved foods for the winter. I often make "Asazuke". Asazuke is easy to make, it can be done quickly. Also, the marinating time is shorter, so the saltiness can be reduced. I will introduce how to make using turnip!
