"Shigreni" is similar of ingridents "Tsukudani".
The feature is whether to add ginger.

My recipe using Dashi soup, because taste is soy sauce base but you can feel flavor of dashi!
It is rich!

What is the origin of “Shigureni” name?

Originally, it is said to have been a “tsukudani” made from clams, a specialty of Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture. Nowadays, when ginger is added to “tsukudani”, it is called “shigureni”.

There is really beautiful.
Especially my favorite place is “Ise jingu”.

It is A shrine named Ise Jingu.

This shrine has history of 2000 year.

Ise Jingu is the head office of about 80,000 shrines in Japan.

Including the forests own by Ise Jingu, the area of Ise Jingu is about 5,500 hectares.

The place offers a truly austere and calming atmosphere.
That is why I go there every year to pray.
