What is Tsukemono cucumber ?
Tsukemono is one of the Japanese side dishes. There are many variations but one of the famous uses is cucumbers. Tsukemono, which translates to “pickled”. When pickled shortly, it is also called "asazuke". Tsukemono cucumbers are enjoyed for their refreshing taste.

How to cook?
