How to cook Tsukemono cucumber?

What is Tsukemono cucumber ?

Tsukemono is one of the Japanese side dishes.
There are many variations but one of the famous uses is cucumbers.

Tsukemono, which translates to “pickled”.

When pickled shortly, it is also called "asazuke".

Tsukemono cucumbers are enjoyed for their refreshing taste.

How to cook?

1: Wash cucumbers and cut them diagonally.

2: Rub sugar, salt, and cucumber in a clean container.

3:Soak for 1 hour or more to complete the process.
Longer soaking time makes it salty.
