What is Pickled white radish ?

I’m introducing “ Pickled white radish (大根の漬物)”!

Pickled white radish is one of the most famous side dishes in Japan.

white radish called "Daikon" in Japan.

My taste is a little sweet.
So I enjoy it both as a snack and as a side dish!

Try it with hot rice!

Ingredients

<Seasoning> <Quantity>
salt5g
sugar60g
white vinegar15g
Mirin5g

How to cook?

1: Peel skin and cut white radish  into lingswise  

2: Add all seasoning

5:Refrigerate for about 1 day and it is ready to use.
