I’m introducing “ Pickled white radish (大根の漬物)”! Pickled white radish is one of the most famous side dishes in Japan. white radish called "Daikon" in Japan. My taste is a little sweet. So I enjoy it both as a snack and as a side dish! Try it with hot rice!

How to cook?
