Have you ever eaten “Tuna mayo Onigiri”?

”Tuna mayo onigiri” is one of the most famous onigiri ingredients in Japan.

You can find them in Japanese convenience stores as part of their regular lineup.

They come in a variety of flavors, from simple ones to ones with dashi (Japanese soup stock) to give them an aromatic flavor.
 
Of course, you can make it at home in Japan with a can of tuna and mayonnaise!

I use a slightly different seasoning!

Ingredients & Seasoning

★Ingredients★
・Cooked rice
・Canned tuna
・Shiso leaves (Japanese herb) /instead of seaweed sheets 

★seasoning★
・Salt
・Mayonnaise
・Soy sauce
。Lemon juice

Why use Lemon juice?

In my house, we use lemon juice as one of the seasonings.

Because, It is become to the taste is distinct.
The lemon juice enhances the flavor of the tuna, and at the same time, the acidity of the mayonnaise can be felt more.
