What is Pickled cucumber with white miso ?

I’m introducing “ Pickled cucumber with white miso (きゅうりの白味噌漬け)”!

Cucumber is one of Japan's summer vegetables.

Compared to other countries, Japanese cucumbers seem to be smaller and have more water content.

Cucumber dishes are also served on menus at Japanese tables.

Since it was hot that day, I pickled them with white miso.

Shiro-miso has a sweeter taste than other miso.

You don't need to use sugar to get the sweet taste.

Ingredients

Cucumber130g
<Seasoning> <Quantity>
White miso30g
Mirin15g
white vinegar10g
salt5g

How to cook?

1: Cut cucumber  into lingswise  

2:Rub with salt to get the water out.

3:Squeeze out water (if salty, rinse out salt)

4: Mixing all seasoning

5:Refrigerate for about 1 day and it is ready to use.
