I love grilled beef.

But I sometimes make a dish where the ingredients are wrapped in beef and covered with sauce!

There can wrapped ingredients anything!

I will introduce my recommend ingredients!

・Green onions
・Okura
・Mushroom
・Asparagus
・Rice
 etc....

Green onions wrapped beef Recipe & Ingredients

Among them, I present to you the Green onions wrapped Beef with sour sauce!
Since soy sauce and Lemon juice is good too match!
It goes well with beer!

Actually I ate with beer!

Ingredient /about 8 pieces

Beef /about 500g

Green onion/ as you like/Cutten about 1mm~2mm *Can use other ingredients instead of green onions

Potato starch/ 2 tbsps *Using for the outer layer, and mix with green onions (Total)

★Lemon juice / 2 Tbsps

★Mirin(sherry) / 2 Tbsps

★Soy sauce / 2 Tbsps

★Dashi soup / 2 Tbsps (If you don’t have it, you don’t have to get it.)

Salt / one pinch

Pepper / as you like

White radish(Grind)/ as you like (If you don’t have it, you don’t have to get it.)

Recipe

①Spread the beef out so that it is easy to roll up the ingredients. If there is a gap, overlap the beef.

②Sprinkle salt and pepper on Beef.

③Mixed 1 Tsp potato starch and Green onions.

④Put Green onions on beef

⑤Roll tightly to prevent Green onions from sticking out.

⑥Coat the surface with potato starch

⑦Prepare the fly pan, spread oil. Put beef,Grill until browned.

⑧While the beef is cooking,Mixing ★.

⑨When the beef is nicely browned, add the ★sauce and warm.

⑩When the sauce thickens, it is ready to serve.

Garnish with Japanese white radish if you like.
